#028 Brock Coupe Daytona Coupe replica built in 2003, first Portofinno Blue car with Wimbleton White over the top racing stripes as well as 1/2 cove in the back. Finished by the former famous H.P. Motorsports in Omaha, NE. Ford Racing aluminum block with Edelbrock ported heads and only the best internals. Always kept in climate controlled environment and has only been wet once with recent wash for it"s sale. Ordered from the South Africa factory in the infancy of the Daytona Coupe remake with Peter Brock leading the charge. This car brought the car designer to our shop to see the fruits of his efforts! No cost spared in the build, the only car with authentic Carroll Shelby and Peter Brock autographs on the glove box! Peter Brock was Carroll Shelby"s first employee and designed the original Daytona Coupe that went on to win the 1965 FIA World Championship. This is a modern rendition with all the creature comforts seen in the modern super cars, but he the bloodlines of winning race history. Unbelievable history, minimal miles and well known by the designer as well. .what else could you ask for?
