Rare Iris Mist 1965 Pontiac GTO This three owner car is fully documented back to the original dealer invoice, and full PHS documentation. Originally a Florida then California car before coming to New Jersey where it has been garage kept for the last 25 years. The engine is the original 389cu four barrel engine totally rebuilt with less than a thousand miles since rebuild. 1966 Tri-Power was added. The original four barrel carb and manifold are included as well many spare and original parts. It currently has a 51-224-4 Comp Cam installed and also comes with a Speed-Pro CS-1022 cam, very similar to the original Tri-Power cam. The transmission is a rebuilt date code correct M21. (The original was stolen 3/9/1976) A 1966 M20 that was put in the car in 1976 is also included. The rear end is the original rear, the 3.23 gears have been replaced with 4.11 gears and a posi unit has been added. The top and rear window are new, the rally one wheels have been added, it was originally a hub cap car. Options include: Power steering, Power brakes, Deluxe Tilt steering wheel and remote drivers side mirror All documentation as well as the original owners guide, dealer brochures, advertising and repair manuals are included.
