It should be repainted, and will need to be taken down to the metal to do a proper job. There is surface rust, but no rust through. I will deliver to locations within 130 miles from San Jose, CA. after payment clears bank. I can also collect cash balance on delivery. ID required, and signature of purchaser (owner of account who made the purchase) required on delivery (DMV bill of sale). Outside of 130 miles, buyer must arrange pickup and balance payment.
