Vehicle description

Beautiful classic restoration project underway and ready for you to finish up. Needs a little body work, a fresh coat of paint and some fancy wheels. Since it"s only February, you could have her ready to hit the beach/drive-in by summer!
Engine and Transmission rebuilt by Classic Cars of Houston, power brake system installed, all new exhaust. $19k in restoration work!
This car exudes luxury, with stunning red interior, chrome details and all the extras. It even has power windows and seats. .they had power windows in 1965! !? ? With the world"s largest trunk, you"ll never have to worry about cargo space, or having a place to sleep. The big old V8 hums and I did an alignment on it myself; she handles like the luxurious yacht she is and isn"t afraid of today"s highway speeds.
There is a rip on the drivers seat, but I"m sure it can be repaired as it"s right in a seam.
Shockingly, not a spot of frame rust to be found, or really anything more than a little surface rust anywhere, with the exception of one spot, right behind the front wheels. It"s a Texas car, after all. They don"t have the rust-demons like we do here in the northeast.
Not all of the interior lights work right, but thats a detail that will take little more than your time, replacing bulbs or switches.
The AC is not hooked up, by that I mean that the belt isn"t on there, and I haven"t tested it at all, but would assume it"s that way bc it doesn"t work. However. . might just need a purge & recharge.
There is a rear fender area that"s been replaced and they didn"t do a great job; apppears as if they didn"t sand down the new piece, just painted over it as a little blue shows through (when you open the trunk you can see it). The paint on the car is original so you"ll probably want to have it painted anyway and as long as this area is sanded properly, should be fine. It actually buffs up pretty nice.
