Vehicle description
Unfortunately, a small disclaimer before the actual description. Sorry, but there are some really interesting folks out there! The truck is being offered at auction with specific terms, if you or any member of your influential life group, do not agree with these terms, than simply please do not bid on our auction! There is an immediate $500 Paypal deposit required 24hrs following the auctions end. After that show of good faith and integrity, we require full payment of the balance via bank to bank wire transfer only, within 72 hours of the auctions end. These terms again are non-negotiable.
Up for auction is a really great truck. 1965 GMC factory 4x4, the truck was equipped with the GMC 305 V6, 4 speed tranny w/granny, and in and out TCase. The truck has had a new fuel tank, and fuel lines installed, a new carter 2bbl carb w/billet adapter, and of course new air filter. The truck starts, runs, drives and stops amazing. The four wheel drive shifts smoothly and works great as well. I believe the 43k miles could be original, but have no provenance to prove it. I’m an old man now, so I’m trying to remember all I can about it.
It has no rust where these trucks usually rust out, the bottom of the front fenders are great, the rockers are great, and the floor is great. The top lip of cab is not rusted, door hinges and pillar have no rust, and all the original gauges and lights work. I drove it 87 miles yesterday to pick up hay, and put a set of new Maxxis bighorn mud tires on, it did great coming home with no issues. Doesn’t smoke, use oil, or misfire. I’m not the original owner but I believe I’m the second. Lots of receipts and maintenance records may go with the truck. Has spent most of its life in a dry garage. The plow has no hesitation or leaking, movements are strong with plenty of hydraulic pressure. Truck is sold as is, where is, with no warranty of course, and sales are final. I am able to offer storage if needed, but would need to work that out with the new buyer. I have a clean clear Montana title in my name. Any bidders with less than 5 positive feedbacks will be cancelled, and research our sales over the years, we tell it like it is, and embellish nothing. God bless and good luck on this great truck!
