1965 Ford Mustang GT . . Convertible
Garage Kept Motors is pleased to offer this beautifully restored "65 Mustang GT Convertible for consideration. The car hails from Arizona with a full and professional 2-year-long restoration completed in 2015. This vehicle is out of an esteemed local collection with some high end companions, and this one being our clients favorite one to drive. It is the cleanest, best looking, iconic first generation Mustangs we"ve ever brought to market.
The car originally came from the Dearborn factory finished in Bronze with a black interior. However, we think the restored Black over Red color combination is a much more agreeable palette for this Pony. Not only was the curb appeal upgraded - the mechanicals were done as well, giving it a more modern driving experience. It does have the original A-Code 289ci V8 engine and a 4-speed manual gearbox, but offers power steering, power convertible top, disc brakes, and ice cold air conditioning amenities. The restoration also included new dual exhaust, GT trumpets, fog lights, emblems, and stripes. The two-stage base coat, clear coat paint was sanded and polished to show level condition. The definition of mirror finish. The car also has a sharp new Red interior, period correct wheels and wrapped in new rubber.
Its hard to pick out a flaw on this car because their virtually is none. It has been maintained with care and is turn-key ready for its new home. This legendary car will not disappoint the pickiest enthusiast. Be sure to check out all the photos and video on our main website: Garage Kept Motors. Call if interested or e-mail with any questions. Thank you for looking.
