Vehicle description
Up for sale is a 1965 Ford Mustang fastback roller. It is rough but original and "uncut." Would be a great foundation for a resto-mod build.
The VIN breaks down as follows:
5 - 1965 model year
T - Metuchen NJ production plant
09 - Fastback
C - 289 2v 2 barrel / C4 Automatic
Paint code "3" - Poppy Red w/ standard black interior
The good things about this car. .
- all the VIN"s are there and present.
- clean title
- "uncut," it has not had any metal work started
- windows and door glass is present and in decent shape
- some interior pieces are there, including louver sliders, gauge cluster, and column
The bad. .
- it"s going to need a complete trip to the metal shop: full floors, rockers, and quarters.
It"s no reserve past the opening bid. Great fastback for someone to turn into a dream build. I have a good connection for shipping, and can get the winner in touch with them. Non-refundable deposit of $250 is required upon winning the auction, car will not be released until the vehicle is paid in full.
Cheers, and happy bidding!
