Vehicle description
1965 Impala SS Convertible AC car, this was a frame-off restoration done about 6 years ago. This car was completely redone, but all original metal, nothing was ever cut out. I will do my best to list everything, but any questions please just reach out and ask.
House of Kolors Candy Apple Red with a gold base coat, Power windows and power top, all new electrical redone front to back, all chrome was refinished (There is a little bit of cracking on the front grill, it is aluminum and therefore over time it didnt hold up, but nevertheless looks great). I intended to have it redone and get it anodized but never got around to it yet. It recently got a brand new GM Crate Motor with GM Serpentine Belt setup and new AC compressor that came with it and Turbo 350 transmission installed, a little over 1K miles on the new motor, rear end was just rebuilt as well, 12 bolt POSI with 373 gears. I installed all new factory green tint glass. The original AC components were sent off to Classic Auto Air in Florida and complete system was rebuilt, and converted to R134A, blows like a brand new car. I also upgraded and installed the front and rear sway bar kit from Hotchkis. The car is being sold as-is. I can help arrange shipping once purchased.
This car will make someone very happy, So fire away! Asking 65K.
Thanks for looking!
