Seller"s Notes FEEL FREE TO call or message me at ASK FOR JOHN Vehicle Details This 1965 Chevrolet C10 Longbed Has spent its life in the Memphis TN area. My neighbor and his son purchased it in 2004 and started restoration of the truck. They kept all records and receipts in the notebook that is pictured. They had the 454 professionally built with numerous performance parts. the pictures will show a document with the internal engine parts and I have receipts as well. it is matched with a turbo 400 tranny. the truck runs great. no smoking knocking or leaking. the transmission shifts well. I am not sure what gear is in the rear end. Before they could finish the project the son married and had babies. the truck sat for 14 years.since the motor was installed they told me it had maybe 2 tanks of gas ran through it. The interior was also updated and looks good. when i purchased it the gas tank was trashed! I installed a abs plastic fuel tank from a jeep wrangler and removed the tank from behind the seat. i installed a new edelbrock 750 cfm carb. I adjusted the valves. The truck has plenty of oil pressure 35 to 40 psi warm at idle. The bed floor was replaced with 1/4 in solid steel. The body is almost ready for paint. I cut out the old rusty roof and window bead and replaced it. The truck just needs to be wet sanded and a little body putty here and there. I sanded the truck down and primed it to keep it from flash rusting the exposed mete. Altough the door look real good I did find bondo in the bottom of the doors from from rust. After I replaced the windshield sheet metal I installed a new windshield but during the install I cracked it from top to bottom on the passenger side. new door jamb seals have been installed. The window cranks will need to be replaced. The floor pans and door jamb bottoms have been replaced. as well as an after market tail gate. I also added Toyota electronic power steering and it works great. I also added bucket seats and relocated the parking brake to the center console. this truck has tremendous potential. fire away with any questions. i also have video of the truck running i can send if requested. The odometer shows 46493. I have no idea if it is actual or not. It is buyers responsibility for shipping or delivery. I will help if i can. I WILL CONSIDER A BUY IT NOW WITH AND ENDING THE AUCTION EARLY SO OFFER AWAY!
