Hello everyone I"m selling a 1965 Buick riviera with what appears to be actual miles (31,876) I can"t find anything to suggest it isn"t? Starters: the motor is healthy as hell, fluid drive trans shifts perfect sure grip post on point, the car leaves the hole sideways, then, it appears to have been sitting scale and surface rust underneath, looks like at one time someone did rocker work and tried to match patch and failed, but they"re solid need straightening, fenders doors, hood trunk are perfect. . quarters are straight again slight patch work at valley pans but solid, the car is unmolested overall. . clamshells are disconnected but unit is still apparent (small engine) operates them. Inner fenders are perfect core support firewall perfect, radiator looks original still has the bottle in the clamp under the hood, it"s a 401 nailhead powering the car, bumpers are clean small split in front bumper rear has rust spots near each end, car possesses all trim pieces, some loose one has broken clip, has the factory buick mags on a set of 1/4 inch Whitehalls, driver front has cut in sidewall, could use shocks lags in the rear, front seems ok handles very good front appears to be oringinal no sign of any parts replaced plugs have been changed by me, all glass is good, floor are perfect rock solid, frame same condition, trunk pan perfect hollow sound when you beat on it, 2 ply tire for spare seems original still has the old tweed matting in trunk including boot for tire, has jack in trunk also. . interior: only thing needed here is front seat covers (dried out) again from sitting back are like brand new, after covers the interior is MINT! Dash, door panels, headliner, rear speaker, console with teak wood along with door panels as well, the gas and brake pedals have no wear on them and they"re not replacement pads, drivers front carpet has holes under the mat, car comes with owners manual, service manual and one more. .still has the original sticker from 1965 included, im sure the build sheets are still within this car also. .I haven"t personally looked didn"t want to disturb the interior taking the chance to break clips. .this is s steal for the money I"m asking these cars se rare as can be and getting more expensive ea year.im John st not going to get around to it this year and don"t want it antiquity to deteriorate and/or decay from sitting. .
