Up for auction is a beautiful 1965 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442with 87,847 miles. This car is mostly original and untouched. Its truly a timecapsule. Built the 4th week of November in Lansing MI. Target red paint with a Provincial top. This 442 is powered by a 400 V8 and backed by a 4-speedtransmission. The engine has been overhauled professionally including new pistons, rings, bearings, seals, oil pump, valvejob etc. A new dual exhaust has been installed. The Flywheel has been resurfaced and is mated to a newclutch. Both the throw-out bearing and pinion bearing were also replaced. All the trim is in great shape and would polish up nice. This 442 has been in the family for many years and has beenmaintained to be reliable and enjoyed on sunny days. All electrical,suspension, drivetrain, and braking systems operate as they should. The car iscurrently registered and insured with zero issues. There is no hesitation todrive this car anywhere. The chassis is extremely solid. I have more pictures of thecar on the lift that I can send upon request. The car has had a respray some point in its life. It is ofdriver quality and the interior is in excellent original shape.
