Vehicle description
Great 1964 Double Door Panel/Camper Clean Arizona title in hand It is not perfect but a very solid and dry bus that can be used as a daily driver.
Here is what I know about the panel: - New battery (bought October 13th) - New BF Goodrich KO2 tires - M Code for panel - All camper windows have handles and all windows work perfectly - Previous owner painted it a couple of years ago - VERY SOLID with small rust holes on the belly pan - Front bumper correct, rear bumper is not - Both bumpers are solid, no dents, only surface rust - New rubber brake lines - New shocks - New window rubber - New door rubber - 1,000 miles on rebuilt speedo - Spare tire on 15" Wheel that does NOT match - License plate light is NOT INSTALLED - Cargo floor is solid - Floorboard is solid, no rust - Seam is loose in the front seat but seat is very solid and useable - The hard to find divider between cargo area and cab is in fair shape but useable
I am not sure what the size of engine it is. The ad on Samba last summer listed it as a 1776 but when I asked after it was delivered he was not sure. I WILL say, it does run stronger than a 1600, brakes well, steers well and shifts in all gears without popping out of gear. There is a slight (I"ve heard worse) transmission whine. It will be driven locally while up for sale.
Will provide additional photos upon request. I will work with your shipper up to the point it is loaded onto the carrier.
