Greetings, I have for sale (1) One; 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible, 426 Street Wedge, 4-Speed.
This car is an extremely rare and collectable, Gavin Govier documented Mopar! Obviously, it will require a complete restoration. This Auction includes numerous, near rust-free, extra body parts to include; Fenders, Doors, Hood, Trunk, Cowl, Firewall, Inner Fenders, Frame-Rails, etc. The Auctions includes the original 426 Street Wedge HP engine and a non original; 23-spline New Process A-833 with the “flange-style” driveshaft-output 4-sp eed Transmission ( 1969 model year production!) The Interior is mostly present in the original, two-tone Blue/Teal -but will need re-upholstery.
The 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible has been my dream car. I spend years researching and locating this car with so this many desirable options. Nevertheless, I eventually realized that I will not be able to restore this car anytime soon, therefore I am offering the car for sale ideally to someone who has the time, money and motivation to restore this rare classic.
