1964 Plymouth Sport Fury. I purchased this vehicle about 4 years ago from a man in Pennsylvania who had purchased the car about 25 years ago in Texas for a restoration which he never got around to. The car was a roller with no engine. The car has virtually no rust and has its original paint which I kind of like. The interior is teal and I have put new carpet and has the center console restored. The interior is tired but functional. I put a built 440 engine in the car with all new parts. the block/engine was machined and balanced. Maybe 1000 miles since rebuilt. New headers and a complete new exhaust with shorty mufflers. Sounds great and is a real head turner. It has dome pistons and electronic ignition. New 750 Carb with electric booster pump. Makes all kind of power and is fast. Mechanically every item was rebuilt. Transmission was rebuild with a 3000 stall. Front end was rebuilt completely, new shocks, brakes were completely rebuilt with new master cylinder. new radiator, battery. Era correct slotted chrome wheels and good tires. Fronts are better than the back because I occasionally like to smoke the tires:) You will not find a more solid body than this one as it has no body filler and I do not believe it has ever been wrecked based on what I see.
