1964 Oldsmobile Starfire! ! Hard to find a car this solid. The body is in great shape and underneath is very solid. I do not think there is any bondo in this car. I am not a mechanic or car body man but I did have my mechanic look the car over and he was very impressed. Of course it is an old car and views are very subjective. I recommend you come see this car in person or have someone look at the car before you bid. The car came from a family friend"s 95 year old Grandfather. He has had the car for many years but had to sell it because they just did not want him driving such a large car. Yes he still drives! ! I have twin 12 year old boys and planned on hopping the car up for them to drive. They have no interest and are into every sport under the sun so I am going to make the car available to someone that would enjoy it. It is not a show car but just a good old original car that was well taken care of. The paint is all original except it looks like someone tried to spot the passenger fender years ago. I asked owner but he could not remember - he is 95. The top of the drivers fender has a little dent I tried to photo it but you can"t see it well in the photo. Other than that the body is very strait. Everything is there. The motor runs great. The Power steering is smooth. You can hit the interstate and go! Right before they asked him to stop driving he spent $3,195 on a complete tune up,brakes,fluids ,carburetor. I have reciept. The interior is original. The back seats are awesome, passenger seat is good, Drive seat had several splits and the gentelman put red tape on the cracks. I Did not want to pull it off. The dash is very nice all the guages and tach works. Headliner is great. The radio just stopped working but I think it is just a fuse it also has power antanea. All power windows work but back passangers requires a little help to get it to go up. It does have factory tinted glass and it is original. The trunk is unbelievably nice along with exhaust. The car really is a great car. Everyone stops us when we drive it and most people have never even seen a starfire. Please call me or text me with any questions on the car before you bid.
