Your bidding on a classic Mercury Montclair some people calls it a Rat Rod I call it a car with patina. Body is solid has small spots of rust on bottom of rear quarters both sides very easy to fix. I like how it looks so I did not repair them it’s not structural it"s simply cosmetic. Paint is faded and missing in some areas but no rust anywhere else I have seen. As you can see in the pictures very well maintained it has been in the south its entire life. No trim missing anywhere and its all in driver quality condition. Has completely original interior door panels do need attention as does the carpet, headliner is perfect no tears at all. Air conditioning and all gauges work as they should as does everything else in the car except the clock but they rarely worked when car was new. This model has electric rear window that rolls down behind rear seat. Also this car has the rare option of original dealer add on equipment of dual rear speakers. I have replaced the 2 barrel intake and carburetor on the original 390 FE motor with an aluminum Edelbrock Performer 390 intake and as well as Edelbrock 4 barrel 600 cfm carburetor. And a complete Edelbrock dress up kit to include a custom made cover over the air conditioning condenser. I have all of the original parts that was removed that goes with the car. New Kumho tires on the original steel wheels and hubcaps. Car runs and drives excellent I love driving it every chance I get.
