Vehicle Details Ford Other. RARE unrestored 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 XL fastback. This car sat untouched for decades. I do believe the 40k miles is original. 289 V8, does not run. Car has power steering and power breaks. This car needs restoration work but is an excellent start. From what I can tell every single part of this car is original to the car. Interior is in really decent shape, I even have the original floor mats. Very straight car with no dents or bondo. Original paint! It does have some rust issues, although the floors, rockers and frame look solid, there is one large hole in the center of the trunk. Also the lower couple of inches of quarter panels need repair. All the glass is excellent and windows go up and down. Passenger side door wont stay closed and the drivers side only opens from inside. I do not have a key. The style of the cars interior is mind blowing. In Rhode Island no title is required for a car of this age and I do not have one. A hand written bill of sale will be provided. It will have to be removed with a tilt body car carrier. It's located at my house which is a small dead end street 3 miles from I-95. Person picking the car up is required to do the work without my help. I will require a $500 non-refundable deposit be made within 24 hours of auction end with PP or car will be offered to second bidder, sorry. Full payment due within 1 week.
