I am selling my 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 2 door sedan. The only reason I"m selling it is I just bought a convertible classic that can"t sit outside and I don"t want this one parked outside. This is a great little car. It is practically rust free because it has been in storage for a very long time. Ignition quit engaging and so you turn the key and push a button to start. Works fine but should be replaced. Easy fix on these old cars. The brake master cylinder is going bad so I bought a new one but haven"t put it on yet. It still stops. It is powered by a rebuilt 200 6 cylinder. 3 speed automatic transmission. It has a new Carburetor, air cleaner fuel pump, oil change. Newer battery and starter. Newer tires on nice period correct chrome reverse wheels. Floorboards and trunk is solid with no rust. Interior is in good condition. I will post more pictures tomorrow of the underside and interior. It was getting late so I wanted to get it listed. This would be a great candidate to restore, create a Thunderbolt clone or just drive it like it is.
