Vehicle description
NO RESERVE! ONLY 5 DAY AUCTION! SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY, HIGHEST BID WINS CAR! 1964 CHEVY IMPALA SS. THIS IS A TRUE SS CAR , NOT A CLONE. My Father purchased this Impala from the original owner’s family. Car had been stored/protected inside of barn since it was last parked in 1984. The original owner had pulled the engine/transmission at that time to have it rebuilt but never got it finished before he passed away.
Car has all original paint as well as original interior. Both front fenders have rust in the lower sections and appear to have been filled with filler and never painted over as you can see in pictures. Car also has rust in front floor braces on both sides as well as the rear body panel, back edge of deck lid and a very minimal amount in the trunk floor. Floorboards, rockers, all other braces and lower quarter sections are in good condition with no rust through. All wiring is original, not cut up. Original radio still in place and no speaker holes in doors. Interior is in very nice condition for being original and would clean up nicely. Drivers door needs adjusted as it hits the fender when opening. Hood doesn’t open all of the way due to hood hinges being bad. All glass is good and complete. All windows roll up/down as they should (I had windows down for pictures). The old photo I uploaded is of this Impala in December 1968, the original owner’s family found it and shared it with us. Car is complete with the exception of the engine, transmission, front bumper and grille. The original wheels are in trunk and included. The Enkei wheels that are on it currently are like new. This SS Impala has far less rust than most other ‘64’s. The best part is that it’s original paint and you can see exactly what the car is with nothing being hidden. Clean WA State title. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. I can store car for up to six weeks if needed while shipping arrangements are being made. If longer time is needed that can be worked out. A $1,500 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end. Remaining funds are due via bank wire transfer within 3 days of auction end. Car comes in “as-is” condition with no warranty written or implied. No refunds. I have described the car to the best of my knowledge and please reference my positive feedback on here as I have been a longtime member of eBay. I have the right to end the auction early at anytime. Serious Buyers ONLY Please. Only bid if you have the funds to purchase. If you have multiple negative feedback, zero feedback or are a new member please contact me prior to bidding so I know that you are a serious buyer, otherwise your bid may be retracted. If you have any questions please contact me. Good Luck Bidding!
