Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1964 Chevrolet C-10 is a project vehicle. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable. Seller"s Notes See description Vehicle Details 1964 Chevy C10 pick up truck this is the Short Fleet Style Bed and the Cab has the Large Rear Window, I’m told this is the most desirable version of these trucks. The elderly man that owned the truck passed away and I’m selling it exactly as I found it, dusty and dirty. I have not even tried to clean it. The pair is terrible and it appears the Truck was originally Orange. This is a Texas Truck. The Bed appears to have no rust but there’s not much left of the original wood floor, all the braces and slats are present and look good The Cab has some rust in rockers and maybe a little in the cab corners. The floors look good. There is rust in the lower doors and bottom of fenders. The body will need general restoration including removing old paint, repairing rust and dents and paint. The Chassis appears to be very clean and in great condition. The interior isn’t much to speak of, has later steering wheel, front seat has blanket covering rips and rubber floor mat is cracked. Glass has left over tint tape on it. The engine is a 350 ( I checked the numbers) and the transmission is a Turbo 350 Automatic ( truck is an original automatic on the column truck) Truck has been sitting for more then a year and it appears before he died the owner installed new Tires, Dual Exhaust and new Holley Carburetor. It starts right up and runs it goes into forward and reverse and it stops. I have only driven it on and off trailer and around the parking lot ( I have video I can share) I think with a few hours of tinkering and tuning it could be a regular driver. The vin tag is missing from the cab but the numbers are clearly visible on the front top frame rail and the match the clear open Texas title. Tags are commonly available even here on for less then 50.00. It’s got a lot of potential and would make a great start, these trucks are becoming very desirable and harder to find. I’m not sure what it’s worth so I’m listing it with no reserve and will let you be the judge. Please keep in mind it’s an old Truck that’s more then 50 years old and will need work. Please only bid if your serious and a 500.00 non refundable deposit will be due at end of auction with balance due with in seven days of auction ending. All shipping expenses will be the responsibility of new owner. I highly recommend coming to see it in person before you bid. Thanks for looking. Exterior Interior Engine Download the Motors app
