Vehicle description
1964 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. I have owned this car over 10 years- I love it. I am only selling now because I am buying an older Cad and only have room inside for one. This car has been stored inside since I bought it.
Started out as a pasture find in Idaho. They had owned it since new and apparently parked it when it got a flat tire. So I am the second owner. Put a new battery in, tinkered a bit and she fired right up.
I had the motor rebuilt about 6 years ago but the car is only driven 2 to 3 times a year so has less than 4k miles on the rebuild. (pics below of before and after engine work) Runs and drives very well.
Interior is all original. Front seat seams are splitting but rear still has the original factory cover. Exterior is straight and clean. Could use a new paint job. I had my paint guy use a House Of Color paint called Hot Rod Flats. He had never used it before and it didn"t come out as it should have but is acceptable as is. All windows, seats and lights work. New whitewall tires have less than 2000 miles on them. Springs have had a coil and a half removed for the lower stance. I have a stock set of springs to bring it back to stock height.
I included some pictures of what the car looked like when I got it and the work that was done. Replaced right fender and front bumper pieces from a sedan due to rust damage.
