1964 SKYLARK CONVERTIBLE - V-6 AUTOMATIC - POWER STEERING This car was brought from San Diego, CA to lower Michigan around 1999-2000 ( just guessing). Since been in Michigan the car was only used for car shows & such by previous owners. Always winter garaged. I purchased a couple of years ago and brought a short distance to Northern Indiana I"ve only used for local car shows, it has always been garaged, Approximately 105,000 miles. I think it has been painted once the original color. Small spot on the cowl below the windshield where paint has flacked off, no rust just flaked. The original interior is in good condition except the glove box has scratches. The top is good shape except the power motor is not working. Can put it up and down manually. The motor can be purchased for $220 on E-Bay. New tires, new re-chromed front bumper ( purchased last year). New muffler tail pipe. Last year had new wheel and axle bearings replaced in rear. Original hub caps (5). Runs decent. I"m sure the carburetor isn"t perfect, sometimes at stoplights gets a little hesitation at take off and when you make a sharp left turn. But I have driven the car the last couple of years to car shows and no problem. I just purchased another car and decided to sell this one. Car is licensed and insurance and Indiana title in my name. Sold as is
