| “NEW Information: See bold print in the "Item Description section" further down!!!! “According to the salvage yard I got the engine from 2 months ago, the engine is out of an 1800 Volvo. The mileage on the speedometer was approximately 66k miles. There is a minor rear main oil drip. The engine runs well but the carbs need to be tuned. One small rust area in passenger side floor pan. (4" x 5") and left rear seat area (5"x 7"). Also the rear trunk area has a rusty area between the bumper brackets. Inside of car and trunk have been painted except for these areas. Body is complete and solid with some prior poor bondo work on the front panel below the hood. No rear seat.NOTE: I will deliver for a charge of $0.50 cents per mile. Vehicle description
The engine is out of an 1800 Volvo and has the "B" Head, It also has the much sought after water bath Oil cooler and Twin SU Carburetors. Oil pressure is 30-35# at idle. engine also has a sending unit for Oil temperature. Engine runs and has approx. 95# compression on all 4 cylinders. M40 Transmission shifts well and the clutch plate appears to be in very good condition. All four drum brakes have just been turned with new brake linings. This included "New brake cylinders" on all four wheels. Doors open and close well and front side windows crank easily. Back side chrome window frames are present but need glass. Vehicle has front seats only, (Not Volvo). Car has all chrome pieces except for a small piece on the right front of the hood. Radiator is on, as well as the front fenders and the hood. More pics.on the way. Headlight buckets and many parts from a 2nd engine are also included. I have a good California title on the car. I am selling the car as I have too many car projects and my health is failing.
