A stunning original example of an early MGB. #4068. .rolled out of Abingdon 12/18/62, and delivered to original owner in March 1963 in Riverside, CA. Have BMIHT certificate. Last registered in CA in 1990, and purchased from grandson of 1st owner in 2011. Car got new tires, fuel system, brakes in 2011-12, and complete engine rebuild in 2017. All original carpet in place and original red leather seats with white piping! Seat foam in both seats replaced, and seats reassembled by upholsterer. Complete new paint job in original Old English White in 2018. Has period Blaupunkt AM radio, which worked for a few years after purchase, and still turns on. Likely just needs new speaker. Comes with new red leather tonneau cover, with all working attachments. Has original convertible top frame. Also comes with an extra headrail and new red leather top from England. .just needs headrail and fittings installed on top. Includes original leather storage pockets for accessories, original jack and hammer, and will include spare HS4 carburetor parts, and some mechanical door parts. More pictures available on request. .
