All four tires havefull tread. The windows operateflawlessly, including the Mercury Monterey’s unique electric rear “slant”window, which lowers into the trunk with the push of a button. Seat belts and right-side outside mirror were added. This model is named the “Breezeway,” since, with all thewindows open - including the rear slant window - it basically becomes a“convertible with a hard top.” As aresult of the unique slanted rear window, the trunk of this car isexceptionally large.
