Vehicle description
1963 Dodge Polara Project for sale. Has a 318 polly and a push button transmission. Freshened up the interior, still needs headliner. New front and back window and door seals. Cleaned tank and replaced sending unit. Rebuilt carb as well as new exhaust system. Car sat for years and may need new valve seals because it does smoke when warmed up. Needs brake work. I replaced the passenger floor and center trunk pans. Still a few other minor rust issues (left bottom rear quarter and small area between driver door and hood both seen in pics) Have clear NV title in my name however says 1963 Dodge Dart. When I titled vehicle DMV said Vin inspection needed to correct. (wasn"t a big deal to me) New tires and great looking Patina. If truly interested in this cool project feel free to bid. Car will drive up on trailer just fine. If my Low Reserve is not met may still consider selling to highest bidder. Thanks for looking and Happy Bidding!
Below are a list of items repaired or replaced: Passenger Floor Pan Replaced Trunk center Pan Replaced Insulation Carpet, Interior seats and door panels( not professional but good daily driver) Installed new Brake master cylinder installed ( however got the wrong one with short push rod) Rebuilt Carb. Cleaned and painted fuel tank New sending unit installed New gas pedal New front and back window seals installed New door seals New dual exhaust installed New tires installed Dash Pad covered
Known needed items: Door and trunk locks and keys brakes headliner smokes when warm(may need new valve seals) purchased but not installed minor body to prep for new paint( shows some patina right now) Trunk has since been lightly sanded and primed Driver side rear door window rolls up and down with some help( window bracket issues but still rolls up nice and tight)
*Please remember this is a project and will need a few things before 100% road worthy* Thanks and Happy Bidding!
