Very nice looking & rare 1963 Daimler 2.5 Saloon, from the owner word, its seem it was partialy restored (body) and painted about 12 to 15 years ago, that was before he bought it, it was professionally done and it is still in excellent condition, all the structure is original and very solid without any sign of rust or weak spot, all the exterior chrome is in very nice shape without pit or wear sign, was probably redonne when the body was restored. Mechanically it"s seem the V-8 2.5 Lit. engine was never done and it does run very good, the actual owner drove about 5000 miles since he bought the car 5 years ago and never add any mechanical problem what so ever, the transmission work perfectly, it was probably done over the years but we don"t have any record on that matter, steering, brake, exhaust system, all seem to be in very good condition without any issu and ready for the road.
The odometer show 03318 miles and according to the infos the actual owner got when he bought the car, it seem that it shoud be the actual mileage of the car which would be 103000 miles
The interior is still all original and does show some normal wear of the leather on the seat and it does show it"s age but still very drivable like that for the purrist of originality.
