“To note a couple of imperfections listed: I included a photo of the chrome boot moulding. It has two cracks which I covered with aluminum tape. Also, there is a small imperfection in the paint above the front bumper noted in the photo. Every aspect of the Spyder has been restored over the years. The tires have no wear to speak of but they are older tires. I only drive it locally and not much at all. I’ve only taken it to one show. I totally rebuilt the carb recently and it has a new fuel pump and sending unit although the fuel gauge as of yesterday seems erratic. It runs well, idles perfectly and shifts nicely. It has the original chrome spoke two bar spinner hubcaps. I also have the spare wheel, jack and bar.” |

Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1963 Chevrolet Corvair Spyder is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great. Seller"s Notes To note a couple of imperfections listed: I included a photo of the chrome boot moulding. I also have the spare wheel, jack and bar. Vehicle Details I’ve owned this Corvair for about 30 years. It has been completely restored. It is not concours but is very nice. No rust at all and I have kept it original. The trunk has been painted black but the original color was spatter paint which can be easily sprayed if desired. The radio is a new digital with the original face and new double speakers in the factory location in the dash. The windshield is factory tinted which was an option then. I have been maintaining the car for years and have not driven it much at all. The odometer shows 21,085 miles. I’m selling it because I’m getting older and am trying to maintain several classics.
