You are bidding on a 1962 Buick Special Convertible body with the 198 cu in Fireball V-6 and DualPath automatic transmission. Only around 7,000 produced. Great potential for restoring, restomod or hot rod. It is missing the gas tank, back seat, brake master cylinder as well as numerous other smaller items so sourcing of parts or a parts car will be required. It was a running driving car when parked 4-5 years ago during an amateur restoration, the engine turns easily by hand. All four floor quarters are solid as is the trunk and pan. Windshield is good with no cracks. Side windows have been removed, glass is good but in need of cleaning of paint from when car was painted. The body panels are solid and rust free and the only serious rust bubbling are two 6-8 inch areas on the rocker panels. The top frame is in excellent condition and folds easily.
