| “This 1961 Nash Metropolitan is a great driver. Included in the sale are 2 crates of parts as can be seen in the photos including new tires, carpet and a lot of misc parts.It cold starts well with a little choke and runs well. Clutch and transmission are smooth so it would make a great driver for a collector or Nash fan. The paint appears to have been updated at some point and could use a good buff and wax. There is no rust apparent on the body itself. The interior is nice considering the age of the car, the upholstery is excellent. It does have some aftermarket gauges on the lower panel. The battery box under the rear seat does have some rust in it but just surface.the underside is relatively clean for the year and miles. The miles are low for the year. I do have video of the car also” |
