About this vehicle This 1960 Willys CJ-5 is a modified vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great. I found the next vehicle I want, so something has to go. 1960 Willys Jeep CJ5. It just came to Ohio from California in March 2021. It was bought off a almond farm in California it 2019. The body is probably the cleanest rust/rot free you will find. It was originally President red. Now a old farm green paint job. Many updates have been done to it. It has a 1959 chevy 283 V8, with a edlebrock intake and 4 barrel carb. PerTronix flame thrower distributor and coil. 3 speed T90 transmission with over drive. T18 transfer case. Look at the 4 shift rods, that's theft deterrent in itself. Locking hubs on the front. 5.29 gearing. It was being set up for more off rode, but I've been riding it around town. Like new BFG mud terrain tires, 33"x12.5x15. Gas tank has been relocated to the rear with skid plate. All new gages that all work and new dash. Tilt column. Newer 2" lift Rancho springs and shocks. New power disc brakes up front, new rear drum brakes. Hydraulic clutch slave cylinder. All new parking brake. Everything works like it's suppose too. New Corbeau seats. Could use some type of seat belts. I was going to put the 4 harness type cause of the cut outs in the seats for them. I'm sure I. Missing something. Any questions, just ask.
