Vehicle description
1960 Pontiac Catalina 2 Door Sport Sedan. Rust free Texas car from El Paso. Freshly redone in Matrix paint, 2005 Honda Vivid Blue by Ed Russo Auto Body. Body prepped by SAR Inc. All chrome is either redone or NOS. Stainless and aluminum trim has been polished. New window sweeps with all new rubber seals and new windshield. Lenses polished, all lights are new.
Engine is the original, numbers matching 389 cu in. Date correct 3 x 2 Tripower carbs, air cleaners, and manifold. 1967 Firebird reproduction cast iron headers. Rebuilt original distributor, upgraded to electronic. Generator is rebuilt. new high torque starter. Brand new Richmond Super T-10 4 speed added, with new clutch internals and new ring gear on flywheel. New bench seat Hurst shifter. Original rear end. Brake system upgrades include manual front disc brakes, rear shoes, hardware, brake cylinders, rotors, calipers, adjustable proportioning valve, and converted to a new dual bail master cylinder and brake hoses. New KYB adjustable shocks in front with poly bushings on swaybar, new Monroe gas shocks on rear. New AR "coke bottle" polished wheels mounted with new Mickey Thompson tires.
Interior is ALL new. seat covers, arm rests, door panels, kick panels, package tray, door handles, window cranks, carpet, and headliner. heater works. Car was ordered radio delete. 3 cluster gage cluster added.
So many new, rebuilt, and NOS parts were installed on the car and I"m forgetting all of them. The car runs great and handles very well going down the road. I have a very convincing walk around video to share, just call or email to see it. I urge you to come see and inspect it in person or send a third party inspection party to do it for you. I"ve done this in the past myself from Ebay and it"s very thorough. It roughly has 300 miles on it since completed. Current Pa. state inspection.
