Vehicle description

1960 Plymouth Savoy. Slant six/225 w/ manual transmission/3 on the tree. Very cool and fun car. Runs and drives well. I started putting this car together in the spring and hoped to finish, but life throws curve balls from time to time. Car still needs some attention. Needs a trunk pan replaced. Needs a headliner and wind lace, (I have new in box), I also have new in box, window fuzzies, all new weather strip (doors and trunk), New front end parts (ball joints, inner/outer tie rods, center link). So, seats, carpet, visors and package tray are done. Engine had a tune up and purrs like a kitten. Only MOPAR I have ever owned that you hit the key after it is warm and it starts. Doesn"t burn any oil, but it leaves a few drips behind. Brakes were switched to a dual line master cylinder and work well. I also did the floor pans, I didn"t have enough room in the pictures for those, but will send upon request. The car looks better in pictures than in person. It appears to have been painted quite a while ago and was not done well. It does have some rust above the rear wheels, in the rockers and spots on the doors. Around the rear window was painted and doesn"t look terrible, it is a shade or two off. Has almost new tires and magnum 500"s on it. It will also come with original wheels and dog dish caps. It also needs a new speedometer. The original is so noisy when hooked up, drives you nuts. All glass is good and roll up and down well. Windshield has one chip in it. Wipers and heat work well. Gauges do not work. All exterior lights and signals work correctly. It was a radio delete car, but I put a stereo in it a few weeks back. Again, this car runs and drives well. I put over 2,000 miles on it this summer. Had a great time. It does still need some love, but you can drive it anywhere. Please let me know if you need more info. or pictures. My reserve is reasonable for this rare piece of MOPAR history. Good Luck On Oct-11-20 at 07:52:21 PDT, seller added the following information:
