Vehicle Details No Reserve. This is a special vehicle.Not to glorify crime or any type or sort there of.This Impala has a history.Original owners were of the "Castellano" crime family.Paul Castellano was once head of the Gambino Family.The story was told as this.A maid of the castellano family was given this vehicle by one of it's members.The car sat for years in her shed and now it's available to purchase.* * Note* * there is a gun holster sewn into the seat! Under the drivers seat.Obviously there is no gun there now,but trip on that!. Gun shot shells were also found in the vehicle along with flight tickets to new york from Florida,under the castellano family."see pics".There is that cool story to go with it but the car is also very cool.It is a decent running and driving vehicle with a 283 v8 and 2 speed powerglide trans.The body has typical bumps and bruises from all the years,but it still not bad for the age.Looks as though there there has been prior work done to both quarters.The floor has also had some prior small patwork done.The trunk has a small area in weather strip gutter that will need attention if planning to restore it.The car is missing a few moldings but nothing that can't be replaced easily.The interior is still original and has rips and tears(see pics) all lights seem to work properly.Non powered brakes. but does have power steering.Title is clean.If you have questions feel free to message me@ 562 639 1991 or on ebay.I'm in Los Angeles area if you want to also come out and rake a look.There will be a reserve, good luck on this,I personally like the car for some reason. even though those hubcaps are for a 61 :) See walk around video on my IG @ Vintage_Gold_Classics Images Download the Motors app
