Vehicle description
This is a 1956 Chevrolet 3600 Apache Pickup. All original with a correct 235 cu. in. Thrift-Master inline 6 cylinder engine. I do not know if this is the original engine but it is true to this model and looks right. See video of engine cold start by following link below. Runs and drives with good brakes. Carb was replaced recently and works as it should.
New Battery
Factory 4 in the floor manual transmission with "Granny Gear". New clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. Shifts out good.
Stock 8 lug wheels all the way around with tires holding air. Tires need to be replaced soon. Has updated seat cover and carpets inside. I have some new window channel parts, a center dashboard repair panel to repair where someone cut the dash for a newer radio (common issue).
This truck does not appear to have been abused. Very solid feeling. Body is in good shape for a truck of its age. See pictures.
NO TITLE STATE: This is sold as a no title vehicle but it has been titled before. Our state does not title vehicles older than 35 years therefore I cannot produce a title from my state. See Alabama Title Laws. I do, however have a title that came to me on this vehicle that I will reassign to the buyer if that helps you.
