Vehicle description
1958 Ford Thunderbird Coupe, Rust free Western car from Idaho. No rust no bondo completely solid straight body. 352 V8 motor that runs great with new water pump/fuel pump/Generator/hoses and belts. Carburetor has been rebuilt and so has the transmission. New white paint (base coat clear coat) and new black & white seat covers + new headliner installed. The dash is also brand new and so is the windshield and fender mirror. New fuel sending unit and new weather stripping. Also have new Thunderbird emblems on the trunk and hood. All work was done in the last few months and it runs and drives beautifully. Brakes have been redone as well, and of course brand new tires. New window motors and new window switches installed, but the window frames/regulators need some adjustment as I have not had time to do so. The big stuff is done and it only needs some tinkering to make everything up to snuff. All lights work as they should except the drivers side backup light. Brake light/running lights and turn signals work well as do the instrument lights. Dome light is inop, but the am radio works and so does the fan. Windshield wipers are currently not working. Very nice presentable vehicle for someone to cherish and be proud of, and of course a turn key driver. Chrome bumpers are good but not perfect and the undercarriage is clean with just minor road rash. This is what I call a perfect driver quality car (not a show car) with a few imperfections that could be brought up to the next level by the new owner. I would not hesitate driving this T-Bird anywhere as a lot of money and care have been put in to the right places.
