This is a 1958 retractable roof Skyliner convertible. These were only made for three years 1957 through 1959. In my opinion, the 1958 is by far the best looking of them. This one has all of the options, including the 352 interceptor motor, air conditioning, power windows,power seat, town and country radio, fender skirts, padded dash, windshield washers, power steering, power brakes, and the continental kit on the back. It is black with a red and white interior. It was frame off restored about 8 years ago, and looks like it was just done. The underneath looks like a new car. The interior is excellent. Under the hood is very clean. The wipers were recently converted to electric, from the troublesome old vacuum style. It does need a few little things to be perfect. The power seat works, but needs a new switch. One of the exhaust manifolds has a small crack that closes up after it runs for a few minutes. The transmission tailshaft leaks a little. And sometimes the top needs a little help going down. Otherwise it is really close to a perfect car. Please look at the pictures, and I will be adding some of the under side.
