This car was running when it was parked 4 years ago.
Has since been "worked on", then abandoned. I do not know what was done to it, only that it does not run currently.
Also, it was left without any existing documents. I gave up after a long, diligent struggle to re-create its papers. (the title note above is only because there was no option to leave the space blank, same for the mileage.) DMV says it is too old for them to have records on it. They said my only option is to have it towed as scrap metal. I thought there must be a talented restorer somewhere who would want it instead.
