This 1958 Edsel Pacer Convertible is absolutely gorgeous in Silver Gray and Ember Red paint! Miles of chrome accent those two colors beautifully and the new black convertible top finishes if all off. Coker Wide white wall radial tires on Edsel hubcaps are classy and clean. This Edsel has a recent repaint with base coat/clear coat and it has great shine and depth. The interior has been restored in the correct white and red vinyl and is ready to show. Everything on this car has been rebuilt or replaced in the last 3 years. It just finished a 300 mile drive across the state, without issue! The engine is a 390 CID V8 that, along with the automatic transmission, were just rebuilt in 2018. The suspension and braking systems were also gone through to make sure this beauty starts, stops, steers and shifts like it should. The power convertible top does have a brand-new white boot cover for when it is down. Only 1.876 Pacer convertibles were built in 1958 making this a rare piece of automotive history. You aren’t likely to run into another one at your local car show. Under the hood is nicely detailed, as is the trunk with a correct trunk mat and spare tire. The underside of this Pacer is also highly detailed and shows very well. This rare drop top is ready to cruise and bring home trophies!
