This older frame-off restored 1958 Chevrolet Impala convertible is powered by its Super Turbo Thrust 348ci Tri-Power V8 engine mated to the Powerglide automatic transmission. It is a high-level restoration , having just received a full detail following acquisition from long-term ownership in a prestigious Pennsylvania collection. The paint, chrome and trim are all striking, and the panel and door fit are excellent, as is the power convertible top fit and function. The interior has correctly patterned seats to ensure excellent presentation and look. The car starts, runs and drives effortlessly and is equipped with many great factory options, such as dual spotlights, fender skirts, twin-mast trunk-mounted radio antennas, factory Continental kit, power steering and brakes, as well as a power-operated top that goes up and down effortlessly - and it even has factory nail guards inside the door handles to protect the paint from scratches.
