Just completed traditional vintage body style 1957 Speedster Replica. Driven a few check out miles to dial it in, it"s ready for you to enjoy cruising the peaking Fall scenery!
Chassis: Type one professionally shortened independent suspension POR 15 coated chassis. Adjustable ball joint axle beam with disc brakes. Reman 4 speed OEM transmission and spring plate style clutch set.
Type one balanced 1641cc engine with Engel 100 camshaft, counterweight crankshaft, dual 34 carbs. Holley fuel pressure regulator and a mild exhaust header system that has a soft rumble but not too loud. 65 amp alternator and yes. . it has heat too ! The exterior is finished in Titanium Grey Urethane with the complimenting black convertible top, side curtain windows and the top quarter boot cover from Vintage. OEM style side Deco moldings, fender "Speedster" scripts brightwork includes the belt line trim, driving lights, period correct Aero mirrors, ten slot 15" chrome wheels with correct nipple style wheel caps and center crests .
The contrasting black interior interior includes, Nardi style wood steering wheel, black and chrome DOT approved seat belts, chrome dash grab handle, ivory dash and shifter knobs.
Upgraded from the original style three gauge set I installed the redesigned VDO gauges that retain the original look and has a GPS linked speedometer. I encouraged you to speak with me to answer questions you may have seven 1 seven eight six 0 8 four seven six.
Clear 1966 VW Title in my name and with the 1966 year, it is exempt from Smog - Emissions in most states and can easily be imported worldwide .
