This 2011 BECK Speedster with less than 1000 miles of total use was kept at the original purchasers SC Summer home. We are told that he rarely visited there, and when he did he generally had more than one other person with him, so the car got very little use. It is fitted with a VW Factory NEW 1.6 liter purchased directly from VW
Mexico when they closed the beetle line there.
4 speed with 3:88 ring/pinion for comfortable highway driving.

When these pre-owned BECK speedsters are accepted for Consignment Sale here at the factory they are initially taken through a 100+ Point Inspection and Service regimen. This includes an oil change, transmission fluid service, engine tune-up, and a complete mechanical inspection. The assembly team torque checks and marks every nut and bolt on our product to be certain that it meets our factory specifications.
The Speedster is then sent to each individual Dept.
Upholstery, where they will address any issues and replace any worn leather, dry rubber seals, or other environmental or usage wear and tear.
This is repeated for each Dept. Electrical, Paint, etc. where any issues are professionally addressed by the same team of experts that did the work originally.
We will even upgrade switches and other components that have been improved upon since this particular BECK was assembled.
It is also a perfect time for the potential purchaser to add any features that will make it their very own.
Our BECK Speedsters are built on our proprietary 3" tubular chassis, not a VW bellypan. This allows us to replicate the interior space and driving experience that rivals the original in every way. It is a solid, well built product. Special Edition, Inc. has been in business for 35+ years.
