Up for sale is a very rare dependable 1957 GMC 100, In this year they were outfitted with 347 Pontiac motors. Not to many around this original. That starts up every time, half ton, short bed truck. Original engine according to the previous owner, 347 V8, The column shift three speed was converted to a floor four speed. The previous owner stated that this is the original motor but I cannot guarantee that. I took picture of motor numbers but don"t know how to decode it. Runs good, shifts good and stops like it should and it"s a joy to ride in this time piece. The sticker is still good on the truck and it expires February, 2019. Eight lugs. One Year old wheels. This truck is driven almost daily by me now. Who ever gets this truck is getting a sweet ride at a very affordable price.
