1957 Dodge Power Wagon W100
It’s very hard for me to let this one go, but like some other folks - I have WAY too many projects (downsizing sucks!). The bed in the photo is no longer on the truck, it was terribly rusted out. I have two beds that will go with the truck, a 6 ½” and an 8” bed. Two big ol’ bumpers also, take your pick or take both. Recent tune up (plugs, wires, distributor, rotor, points, ballast resistor) also redone front brakes, left rear brake cylinder seems to be leaking now. Starter and generator rebuilt about two years ago by a place in Lincoln. Floorboards were repaired several years ago before I bought the truck. Needs : Replace the valve cover gaskets (I have a set) and determine where the brake fluid is going (left rear cylinder likely culprit). Running off of a gas can now, the gas tank, besides needing a good cleaning, should have the huge dent pulled out before using it. The V8 is not the original 315, it’s a 325 out of a ’58 Dodge. Has the big wrap around back window option. Running boards are off but come with the truck. Has the promise of being a great restoration project or just get her road-worth and drive it! I also have two extra rear fenders and an extra front nose piece; we can haggle about those if you want them too. Email for any additional photos you"d like to see. Located near Lincoln, NE.
