Vehicle description
1957 Dodge Coronet Lancer Super Red Ram Poly 325 CID 4 door Hard top 97.5000 original miles Push button Trans I purchased this car back in 1990. Previous owner had it painted. I believe I’m the third if not second owner. For someone’s who’s never been mechanically inclined this was an incredibly reliable beautifully balanced ride. Unfortunately due to life’s circumstances I’d only put a few thousand miles on it before putting it into storage. It had always started right up after sitting for various amounts of time however it currently turns over but doesn’t want to fire up. I’m confident that someone who knows old cars could easily get it going. I was originally hoping to pass it onto my daughter but she has no interest in cool older things therefore I’m listing it in hopes that it goes to someone that has the time and energy to appreciate it. The front drivers side wheel has seized up making it difficult to move so as to photograph the passenger side of car which is in even better condition then drivers side. The gash in the drivers side fender is the only cosmetic damage I’m aware of other then bumpers needing rechroming. The inner turn signal mechanism broke but I was able to find a NOS replacement that needs to be installed. The car never had a radio but I occasionally see nice ones posted for reasonable prices. Shop manual, two varying sets of of hub caps and various other original molar parts for car are included. Serious bidders only please. This is a really cool car and if I was younger and had the space and time I’d keep and restore it. Thank you for looking.
