* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *THIS IS A KIT CAR* * * * * * HI, I bought this car, and a 1979 Corvette from a Estate sale. The previous owner had this car since 1985. The 356 had set for 5 years due to the owner unable to get it tuned right. This car has a new 1904 cc motor, CB Performance heads and cam. I put on new Empi 44MM carbs ,and had it tuned at a VW shop. It has 4 wheel disc brakes, a aftermarket oil filter and oil cooler with fan. I installed the new wheels and caps, with new tires. I replaced the shifter and bushing , due to wear. I don"t believe the new engine has many miles at all .
The paint is in good shape but does have some chips. The interior is decent. the carpet does show wear, Seats are in good shape. The top is decent,but does need some of the seams sewn. I have driven it around,it is quick and fun. I am 6"3 and way to tall to drive this car, I would guess 5"8 ish would be much more comfortable.
