Vehicle description
1956 Plymouth Savoy sedan 270ci V8 dodge block, push button auto trans62,500 miles Restored in mid 2000sRuns and drives great. The car Is In very good condition. Its not perfect but its a nice car to take to car shows and cruise around. It has a few imperfections. The chrome on the front bumper has started to peel and should be redone, It has a few blisters on the rocker panels showing up. The Interior is very nice, The horn button on the steering wheel has a crack in it. The clear and the tail light lens in the rear on one side are cracked but they"re all there. The alternator stopped charging last time I had it to a car show in the fall of 2019. I haven"t had the time to determine if its the regulator or the generator itself. The transmission shifts good. It has the push button shifter that works well. The engine runs well. The engine was tuned up last year. The trim on the drivers underside front of the hood is not shown in the photos but it has been installed. There are Plymouth letters that go on the front of the hood that have not been installed since it was painted. In my opinion it looks better without them. Most of the letters are in the glove box. I believe 2 of them are missing. Overall its a lovely car and I hope to find a new owner to enjoy it. Thanks for looking!
