About this vehicle This 1956 Chevrolet Nomad is an original. The owner has had it for 3 years. The vehicle runs great. Vehicle Details This 56 Nomad Restomod 350 with Aluminum Heads, Holley Sniper Fuel Injection, Ceramic Headers, Aluminum Radiator, 100 Amp alternator, disk brakes on Front, [Power] Rebuilt 200r 4 speed automatic, with electric converter lookup. Original rear end Exterior has all its original panels, car was painted in the 90's, garaged ever since,still has good shine with only a few small small imperfections. Chrome is all in excellent shape, the bumpers are original and have a few places where the Chrome is getting thin. All windows are excellent, with the exception of the windshield, it has a small spider Crack, smaller than a dime. Front end has been totally rebuilt adding Rack and pinion. The floors are solid as can be. The inner rockers have been repaired as have a couple of the braces. Frame has no rust or damage. The Interior is all brand new, the front seat and door panels are fro tmi in CA. I purchased extra material and had the back seat and side cards custom made to match the front seat and door panels, the carpet is new. All the interior Chrome has been rechromed.look Beautiful! ! Tilt wheel with wood wheel, there is no horn and the turn signals stopped canceling on the power tour, which just ended the temp was near 100 and the A/C kept up. Has Dakota digital dash. Original clock still works. Beautiful padded dash, all lights work as do the wipers, even glove box light works. Am Fm retro radio, speakers are built into the kick panels. This cabin is as comfortable as any new car, sound deadening was added during the interior restoration.
