1956 Austin Healey BN2 Chassis
Orig. Black in color Healey For your consideration is a 1956 Austin Healey BN2 Chassis which belonged to my father, a long time collector and Austin Healey enthusiast, acquired 30+ years ago. This chassis is structurally sound and appears to have been black originally. My father purchased this chassis in the SF Bay Area some years back. An original California car, it is solid overall with rust only present in the rockers, a common problem with these Healeys. The floors, outriggers, and frame are solid. This would be a good chassis to complete, or to repair a rusty Healey. No evidence of accident damage or repair observed. All geometry appears to be straight. The front crossmember is straight and solid with no evidence of being used as a jacking point.
Condition: Please see photos. The floors are original and solid, as are the frame rails and outriggers. The trunk floor is solid. I encourage inspection and I will be happy to answer any and all questions. Overseas buyers please contact me with any questions.
Delivery to a shipping agent of the winner"s choice is available at cost. Transport to a shipping company is available for $200 through a local tow company. The chassis will come with the dolly it is resting on.
