1955 Porsche 550 Spyder Replica I believe it is manufactured by Beck Clean Colorado title in hand
Odometer is shown in KM and shows roughly 5,500 which equates to about 3,500 miles The car is very clean, runs great, and turns heads everywhere it goes. If you don"t like attention, this is not the car for you. Details:
Silverish blue exterior
Red leather interior
2175cc flat 4 motor
4 speed manual
4 wheel disc brakes
Removable convertible top like new
Removable side windows like new
Removable tonneau cover like new
Everything works; lights, wipers, horn, turn signals, etc
Recent work completed March 2018:
Oil changed
New spark plugs
New fuel filter
New fuel lines
Carbs cleaned and adjusted
New battery
Tires are like new (Receipt for work above included) Various books and paperwork included Car has very minor scuffs and scratches and a few rock chips on front, still in near excellent condition, interior is very clean! There is a paint flaw on body behind passenger door (photo attached) Passenger seat is included however is missing seat rail
I recently purchased this car and it was an out of state car. I have tried to register in my home state of California and it will be more work and time than I am willing to spend. One way is to do an SB100 Special Construction registration however the state only gives 500 vouchers every year so one must wait until the beginning of 2019. Another way is to go through the CHP and State Referee to issue a new VIN and register as a VW or similar with a year of 1975 or older. This is time consuming and a bit more than I would like to tackle. Please do your own research on your given state in regards to registration as every state differs.
